Where do I find my order status?
After the processing of your order, you will receive an email from FedEx or TNT containing your tracking code to monitor your shipment. Additionally, you can check the status of your order via the chat on our website.
When will my order arrive?
From the time your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive it in:
Italy: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
International: 7 business days
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our products all over Europe, America, and Asia via FedEx.
Payments and Orders
What payments do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers
What do I do if one or more items in my order are damaged?
Don't worry, you'll need to promptly send us an email with your order number attached and a photograph of the packaging and the severely damaged items that caused the product loss, and we'll immediately ship you a new item completely free of charge. You can send it to email@example.com, you can reply to the order confirmation email, or you can write to us via the form found under the "Contacts" section.
Do you have intermediaries?
No! You purchase all our products directly from us which will arrive directly at your home.
