My paternal family is from the Puglia region and so I'm partial to any products from there. I have ordered 3 times and will continue to order more. I bought 2 bottles of Fior Fior and am glad I did! It has a somewhat spicy flavor but very balanced and smooth. This is my go-to oil for everyday use in salads, on pizza, or just to take a teaspoon full by mouth for all the wonderful health benefits.
